Change where computer is putting downloaded files
· To start, open the Finder app and find the location of your file. To change the file association for that file type, right-click the file, then press Open With Other. · In your File Explorer window, navigate to your Downloads folder using the shortcut in the left pane or by clicking Downloads under other headings, such as Frequent Folders. Select Downloads, and then, in the Location area, select Change. In the dialog box, select a new location for your downloaded files. By default, Opera opens a PDF file in the browser window instead of saving it to the downloads folder. To change how Opera treats PDF files in the browser, follow the steps below. In the iTunes app on your PC, choose an option (Music or Movies, for example) from the pop-up menu at the top left, then click Library.. Unfortunately, the current version of the Amazon Prime Video app does not offer an option to change the default download folder. The same applies to the Netflix app, as well. From the list of options on the left, select “Directories”. At the top of the window, you’ll see “Location of Downloaded Files”.
